INTRODUCTION
We are recognized and authorized by the Department of Justice Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) to provide immigration legal services. We are immigration legal services nonprofit that is supervised by full-time licensed attorney, and we provide immigration legal services for low-income immigrants, in a holistic way.

- Green Card Applications
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- Family Petitions,
- Refugee/Asylum
- VAWA (for victims of domestic abuse)
- Visa applications
- U-Visa (for victims of certain crimes)
- Help dealing with minor criminal records as they effect immigration petitions.
- Disability waivers for citizenship.
- Fee Waiver applications.
Representation at USCIS offices (as needed)
NON-LEGAL SERVICES
- English and Math Lessons (available during our open clinic hours)
- Citizenship test preparation.
- Basic family and trauma counseling
- Christian spiritual care.
- Referring clients to other resources for housing, insurance, and non-immigration legal needs.
Transportation to USCIS offices (upon request) by volunteers.
