INTRODUCTION

We are seeking OLAP Recognition & Accreditation to administer the following types of cases, we are immigration legal services nonprofit that is supervised by full-time licensed attorney and provides legal services for low-income immigrants, in a holistic way.

LEGAL SERVICES

  • Adjustment of Status
  • Naturalization/Citizenship
  • Green Card Applications
  • Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
  • Family Petitions,
  • Refugee/Asylum
  • VAWA (for victims of domestic abuse)
  • Visa applications
  • U-Visa (for victims of certain crimes)
  • Help dealing with minor criminal records as they effect immigration petitions.
  • Disability waivers for citizenship.
  • Fee Waiver applications.
  • Representation at USCIS offices (as needed)

NON-LEGAL SERVICES

  • English and Math Lessons (available during our open clinic hours)
  • Citizenship test preparation.
  • Basic family and trauma counseling
  • Christian spiritual care.
  • Referring clients to other resources for housing, insurance, and non-immigration legal needs.
  • Transportation to USCIS offices (upon request) by volunteers.
